These items come to you practically without even thinking, don't they? You just DO them.
This exact thought pattern in your brain can be developed for organization in your home, or office too. It just takes creating the habit, and then it becomes a "regular" part of your routine.
Have you ever forgotten one of these routine/responsibility items? What kind of frustration or anxiety did that cause you? It wasn't pleasant was it?? It doesn't really matter what it is you didn't do, it will always cause a of some sort negative response.
With every action, there is a reaction, just as with every non-action, there is a repercussion.
With that being said, what is it that you are avoiding doing in your home or office? Do you need assistance tackling that "proverbial" monkey on your back, however it's gotten so out of hand, you dont know how to start? FYI...by continuing to avoid it, does NOT make it go away.
